TRAINING
Simulation based training (when applied effectively) has been proven to increase the average class pass rate from 72% to 100% in just half the time of instructor led training. When tested in the field only half of those (36%) passed.
Upon completing the same class using our SCORM compliant distributed simulation-based approach (providing interactive and experiential learning), 100% of trainees passed the class (in half the time), and when tested in the field, again 100% passed.
Most training is passive, our Simulation Training truly adopts the principles of learn by doing, and repetition anywhere at any time, until done right.

SIMULATION
Simulations are dependent on the quality of the back-end simulation model or logic system that emulates the equipment, processes, or procedures involved in complex and dynamic Visualization or Training applications.
